A listing marked Verified has completed the applicable LankaAds verification process.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or warranty of the advertiser, service, transaction or outcome.

6. Transactions Between Users

LankaAds is not a party to transactions or agreements between advertisers and users.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating advertisers and making their own decisions before entering into any transaction or arrangement.

7. Payments

Where LankaAds offers paid advertising or promotional services, applicable fees and payment terms will be displayed before payment.

8. Removal of Listings

LankaAds may remove, restrict or disable listings or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable policies or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Users must not upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property or other legal rights.

10. Third-Party Content

Listings are submitted by third-party users. LankaAds does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of third-party advertisements.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LankaAds is not responsible for losses arising from interactions, arrangements or transactions between users and third-party advertisers.
